MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR PUBLICATION IN THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE INTERNATIONAL FORUM

1. Submissions should not exceed 16 manuscript (A4-size) pages (up to 1 printer’s sheet) with a brief abstract/ annotation (5-10 single-spaced lines, 12-point Times New Roman font) and the index of keywords (5-7 words) in English and/ or Russian. Please be sure to indicate under the title of the article, the initials and surname of the author/s (14-point Times New Roman font), line below – the name of the institution and contact email address (12-point Times New Roman font). In the filename, please use the surname (last name) of the author. The main text of the paper should be typed in English or Russian (14-point Times New Roman font, 1.5 line spacing, indent – 1.25 cm; all margins set to 2cm). Papers should be submitted to the editorial board via email: samartis@yandex.ru. 2. The references are listed after quotation in square brackets with indication of the ordinal number of the quotation source, volume (issue, chapter, etc.) and pages. Examples: [5, c.14-38] or in case of several publications [5, c.1-15; 7, c.19]. The numbered reference list (12-point Times New Roman font, single-spacing) titled "REFERENCES" is arranged in alphabetical order and is placed after the main text. The link to the electronic document is necessary only when there is no printed equivalent. So, if you are referencing an electronic document (article, journal or book), always indicate its electronic address and the date of access i.e. is the date (date, month and year) you accessed the web page and got the information. 3. On a separate page, author-related data should be presented in English or/and Russian: name(s), surname, academic degrees and titles, institution, address, position, and contact information.

The deadline for submission of papers: 1 March 2018 Full text version of the forum proceedings will be also posted on the websites of the Samara State Institute of Culture and of the Russian Scientific Electronic Library. Publication date: Autumn 2018 The submissions should be in line with the forum title theme or to the main areas and thematic issues. The collection of papers is a peer-reviewed scientific publication and its Editorial Board reserves the right to determine compliance of the submissions with the above mentioned requirements and to decide whether or not to publish the article.
