I work as an assistant professor for theory of history at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. My PhD Thesis was “Collecting the past: discursive context and historiographical languages in Robert Southey’s History of Brazil (1810-1819)”. Main research fields: Eighteenth and Nineteenth Century Historiography, History of Historiography, Brazilian Historiography, Theory of History.
