Biography and/or project
I am primarily interested in how modern theoretical frameworks derived from historical theory and the social sciences can inform our understanding of ancient historiography and the way the ancient Greeks conceived their past. At present I am writing my PhD thesis on the role of the individual in Thucydides’ History.
